DELIVERY INFORMATIONS

 All your orders are under Silverlayt assurance until you receive them, you can place your order with confidence.

Orders placed until 12:00 during the day will be delivered to the cargo on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the next business day.

When your order is delivered to the cargo company, an information message will be sent to your e-mail address.

For orders placed via money order or EFT, your order begins to be prepared after payment is made. Orders that are not paid after 3 business days are considered cancelled.

All your orders are delivered to you free of charge by MNG Cargo company.

Your orders are delivered to the cargo company except on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

The Cargo Company will deliver your cargo to you within 1 - 3 business days, depending on the distance of the delivery address to Istanbul.
