Before sending your Silver Cups, please contact our customer representatives by calling our customer services. Our representatives will confirm your shipment by checking your order information. If there is a change in your address information, it will be updated. Please don't send your cups without calling our customer representatives and confirming your order information. In recycling service, shipping costs are paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for the arrival and departure of the product to our company. When sending your cups, you must send them along with the invoice. Therefore, please keep your invoice.
